RETURN PROCESS In order to return product, the customer must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form from the Distributor’s customer service department. The RMA form must be completed in full and returned to the Distributor for processing. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label and all accompanying paperwork. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at their 

expense. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of product, unless the product is being returned due to Distributor error or aspart of a voluntary or involuntary Manufacturer Recall. The ATXMI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms of this policy.

REFUNDS Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, ATXMI will issue a credit to the customer’s account for the net amount of the product returned, less any applicable restocking fees, within thirty (30) days. The customer may apply the credit towards future purchases or request a refund to be issued via the original payment method.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall the Distributor be liable for any damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for injury to person or property arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of any product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or other legal theory, even if the Distributor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 CREDIT AMOUNT Credit for authorized returns will be issued upon receipt of product and verification of return eligibility. Credit amount to be issued is determined by the type of return.
